This resource was put together by a small group of Canterbury Cub Leaders in an effort to document how they built their Kotare Cub Pack to become one of the biggest and probably one of the most successful in the country.  Hopefully you will find the gems within really helpful.

The book is available in print from The Scout Shop in Auckland.  This copy has been divided into sections so that they display fairly quickly on the screen.  Unfortunately section 1 "Ideas that work" is larger than most and may take one or two minutes to display. All sections are in Acrobat PDF format.
